What was required

Needing minimal amount of wasted material due to programming using Wire EDM machinery

What difference we made

We manufactured as many parts from a single block of exotic, expensive material that has a finished thickness of 75mm. In doing this we saved our customer money and increased the turnaround time from 8 weeks to 4 days!

Other manufacturing techniques would not have been able to produce the parts in the drawing to the same level of accuracy and speed. This resulted in the customer winning the entire order.
